We can assist with all general cleaning tasks such as, washing down walls, woodwork, doors frames, skirting boards, hoovering, dusting, polishing, inside window cleaning, washing up, emptying bins. We can clean all areas of your business from kitchen’s, washroom (including toilets), reception areas, meeting rooms, storage rooms, show rooms, all public facing areas and back office area alike. We are very flexible and we understand your needs may change over time, so although we take comprehensive notes to reflect your requirements at our initial meeting we can always adapt these to fit your future needs.
We appreciate that different businesses have different cleaning requirements, some clients like a daily clean, others find weekly cleaning or fortnightly cleans more suitable. We offer all these options and on top of this we also offer a one off cleaning service. We can help you to decide a cleaning schedule during our initial visit. At Project Gleam Ltd we don’t feel the need for long cleaning contracts, we operate a 30 day notice period.
Yes of course, we will be only too happy to assist you if you need extra support. Perhaps you have a big event coming up and are in need or a deep clean, or are moving offices. Yes of course, we can confirm all the area’s you do and don’t want cleaning by Project Gleam at our initial meeting, but this isn’t set in stone and so if things change just get in touch and we will adapt to your new requirements accordingly.
After our site visit to your premises we can usually start your cleaner within 7-10 days, if you need a cleaner more urgently then please let us know and we will do our best to meet your time scales.
Yes, inside windows as a rule and usually no higher than 2 steps.
Yes, all cleans are insured up to £2 million for public liability insurance and accidental damage to your property. If you require additional cover please discuss this with us and we can adjust accordingly.
All the cleaners we work with go through a through vetting process, we reference check, visit them in their own home, see 2 forms of original identification and we have police checked cleaners available upon request.
Yes, all the cleaners we work with are self employed. We have been working with some cleaners for over 6 years now and have therefore built great working relationships. They let us know the days and times they are available and we match them to suit your business requirements. This means you will have the same cleaner(s) as a rule each visit and because the hours suit their other commitments they often stay longer which gives our clients more continuity.
